Although termed a ‘concept vehicle’, Volkswagen Edition 30 Caddy which appeared at the Frankfurt Motor Show will go into production as the German giant gets set to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its popular compact van.
In fact Volkswagen said buyers can choose their Edition 30 caddy in a choice of five paint colours (all with the unique gloss black roof and matching roof rails).
There’s also polished 17-inch alloy wheels, Alcantera upholstery, tinted windows, climate control air-conditioning, leather trim for the gear lever and handbrake and a multi-function steering wheel.
Volkswagen says the Edition 30 caddy will be sold in both five-seat and seven-seat configurations with a choice of petrol and diesel engines.
