Peugeot’s all-new 208 small car, due in Australia later this year, has scored the maximum five-star safety rating by Euro NCAP.
In fact, with Euro NCAP adopting tough, new criteria this year, the Peugeot 208 is the first car in its market segment to be awarded the maximum five-star rating.
The result is testimony not only to Peugeot’s robust engineering and development – such as an aluminium absorption beam and ultra-high strength panels - but also the comprehensive list of safety inclusions in the all-new 208. In Europe, entry-level Allure models feature ABS, ESP, six airbags, rear Isofix child restraint anchorage, a speed limiter and more.
