Side Airbags Will Help Suzuki Celerio To 4-Star Safety

Suzuki Australia has responded swiftly to the European NCAP result for its upcoming all-new Celerio compact hatchback.

The Suzuki Celerio barrier tested in Europe did not have side impact airbags and recorded only a 3-star rating.

However Suzuki Celerios to be sold in Australia from early next year will have dual side airbags (as well as seatbelt reminders for the rear seat occupants) - Suzuki Australia these measures will see its newcomer match the 4-star safety rating of the current Alto model.
