Off the back of the 2016 Range Rover Evoque Convertible wireframe sculptures that hit London earlier this week, Land Rover UK have releases a video showing the new 2016 Range Rover Evoque convertible in off road testing.
Due for an international release at the 2015 LA Motor Show the Range Rover Evoque will lay claim to being the most capable convertible in the world when it debuts in November.
In the footage you can see the 2016 Range Rover Evoque Convertible testing on a variety of different terrain including wading through a 500mm of water and tackling steep inclines and declines.
Mike Cross, Land Rover Chief Engineer, Vehicle Integrity, said: “Land Rover prides itself on being a class leader when it comes to all-terrain capability and the Evoque Convertible is no different. Thanks to a combination of innovative engineering and the application of advanced technologies, Evoque Convertible will deliver a dynamic and assured SUV experience that has been tested around the world. We call it ‘The Convertible for all Seasons’.”
The Range Rover Evoque Convertible will go on sale in Australia from autumn, 2016. Pricing and full specifications will be announced closer to launch.
