Mercedes-Benz has added the gargantuan GL-Class SUV to its list of products to receive ‘product-enrichment’ for 2010 models. That means extra technology and features for not a whole lot of extra dollars.
In fact price changes range from an extra $3,190 for the entry-level 350 CDI, through $3,300 for the 350CDI Luxury to $11,400 for the range-topping GL 500.
The GL-Class is a tough guy with a soft streak and its 2010 guise presents even stronger off-road ability thanks to the standard fitment of Benz’ Off-Road Pro Engineering package. This includes AIRMATIC DC adjustable air suspension, a two-stage low-range transfer case, front differential lock, multiple-disc center differential lock, multiple-disc rear differential lock and a protective under shield.
Across the range is a plethora of styling and trim upgrades including new anthracite poplar wood and ambient interior lighting
