A new entry-level sDrive 18i, freshened styling and a new ‘Design Pure Traction’ pack highlight the updated BMW Z4 roadster which has been revealed in Germany.
It’s now 25 years since the original Z1 appeared and the new Z4 still looks brilliant.
The five engine lineup of the new range is all BMW TwinPower turbo and includes the new SDrive 18i with 115kW/240Nm from its 2.0-litre engine which drives through either a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic. Other engines remain unchanged – 20i, 28i, 35i and 35is.
