Fresh from its debut at the Auto Shanghai motor show in China, Subaru’s nicely-styled XV concept compact SUV will appear at the Australian International Motor Show in Melbourne.
Subaru already has excellent compact SUV credentials with the hot-selling Outback and Forester models but the XV concept is a totally fresh look.
While the Forester and Outback are wagon derivatives, Subaru’s XV concept introduces a funkier look.
“It promises to be a totally new offering” explained Subaru Australia boss Nick Senior. “The XV Concept was warmly received in Shanghai and based on the long term success of Forester and Outback, we can see this type of vehicle could have huge potential in pursuing a new niche in Australia.”
The Australian International Motor Show runs 1-10 July at the Melbourne Conference and Exhibition Centre.
