Subaru will unveil its BRZ Prologue sports car (the joint development with Toyota) in concept form at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The BRX Prologue showcases some significant firsts from Subaru – the first an all-new chassis platform and the all-new direct injection Boxer engine.
Also set for debut from Subaru is the all-new XV C-segment ‘crossover’. Powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder Boxer engine and driving through a CVT automatic transmission, the Subaru XV is 4.4-metres in length, 1.8-metres in width and 1.6-metres high.
Subaru says the XV will bring all the usual Subaru qualities (including all-wheel-drive and dynamic chassis control) to the compact all-wheel-drive segment.
