Subaru has confirmed its BRZ sports car will be shown as a final concept at this month's Los Angeles Auto Show ahead of a debut in production form early next month at the Tokyo Motor Show.
Powered by a new 2.0-litre boxer engine with direct fuel injection, the front engine/rear wheel drive Subaru BRZ is a joint development with Toyota's FT 86 which will also debut in Tokyo.
Subaru says that BRZ will start production in the second quarter of next year.
