Subaru returns to the limelight at next month’s Tokyo Motor Show with news the upcoming BRX sports car will be joined by another debutant – the handsomely-styled, hybrid-powered ‘Advanced Tourer Concept’.
The good-looking wagon is powered by a turbocharged 1.6-litre engine with direct injection and single-motor hybrid driving all four wheels via Subaru’s symmetrical all-wheel-drive system and CVT automatic transmission.
Inside is a full-length glass roof and in the steering wheel is a colour monitor which displays satellite navigation maps, television and internet information.
