Korean brand SsangYong further signifies its resurgence with news of a new concept vehicle set for debut at next month’s Frankfurt Motor Show.
Called the XIV-1, the new concept is a compact SUV and could point to the future direction of a replacement for SsangYong’s Korando model.
The SsangYong XIV-1 breaks new ground for SsangYong styling with coach doors, abundant curves and extensive use of wraparound glass.
Inside, SsangYong says to expect lots of space and an innovative seating arrangement with both 1+1+2 and 1+3 layouts.
There’s also fancy electronics to operate all major functions via mobile devices.
