A new Rolls-Royce is always big news so expect a media crush at the Geneva Motor Show when the latest Rolls-Royce model – the ‘Wraith’ is unveiled.
Rolls has been releasing some teaser images to count-down to the newcomer’s debut and the latest show the door interior and clock.
The door is particularly distinctive with its large timber surface – it’s an open pore wood called Canadel Panelling.
In fact, Rolls Royce says the Wraith will highlight many interior features now becoming common on Superyachts. The company says the Wraith’s sweeping horseshoe-shaped interior is reflective of the cove at Le Canadel in the South of France – the winter holiday destination of Sir Henry Royce and his design team.
And the blood-orange tips for the clock hands reflect Rolls-Royce’s aviation links.
Unlikely we’ll be seeing a Wraith in the Car Showroom garage any time soon…but we’re hoping!
