Now here’s a sure sign the global economy isn’t in such bad shape – massive surges in sales growth and record sales in some markets have demanded Rolls-Royce expand its UK assembly plant in Goodwood, West Sussex.
The company has embarked on a £10 million investment which will boost the Assembly Hall by more than 2500 square meters and add an extra 640 square metres for the Surface Finish Centre.
Currently Rolls-Royce is enjoying massive demand for its Bespoke models and has doubled the number of employees catering to the needs of customers demanding personalized inclusions for the Rolls Royce Ghost and Phantom models.
The record 2010 sales and even further demand both in the UK and abroad has seen several new Rolls-Royce dealerships opened in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific with more on the way.
