Peugeot has boosted the lineup of its excellent 508 Touring (wagon) with the addition of a well-specified GT model priced from $55,990.
Mirroring the handy 508 GT sedan, the Peugeot 508 GT Touring scores a unique engine – a 2.2-litre HDU diesel delivering 150kW/450Nm. With that under-bonnet zip, the Peugeot 508 GT Touring accelerates from zero to 100km/h in 8.4 seconds.
Extra specs include 18-inch alloy wheels, adaptive main beam headlights, colour head-up display, directional Bi-Xenon headlights with height adjustment and washers and a memory function for the drivers’ seat.
Underneath, the Peugeot 508 GT Touring highlights its sporting nature, ditching the regular Touring models’ MacPherson strut front suspension in place of a double wishbone design with drop link hub carriers.
