New ‘My Mitsubishi’ Facebook App Can Book Service On-Line

Mitsubishi Australia has expanded its social media Facebook page with a new app which allows owners to directly book their vehicle in for service.

Called ‘My Mitsubishi’ the new app can also provide on-line booking of new models test-drives, request brochures and even locate dealers, all without leaving the Facebook page.

Launched around 12 months ago the Mitsubishi Motors Australia Facebook page is an open forum enjoyed by owners and enthusiasts who pickup the latest news, tap into the latest events and share their own ‘Love That Car’ moment.

“We see ‘My Mitsubishi’ as a natural extension of our constantly evolving social media strategy. It is an invaluable tool for our customers to use to interact with Mitsubishi products, people and customer care, and now they can book a service there too,” explained Mitsubishi Australia’s marketing boss, Paul Unerkov.
