Mitsubishi Triton Club Cab Returns

Mitsubishi’s popular Club Cab (two doors, four seats) model is back as part of the 2011 Triton lineup.

Available in both two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive models, Pick-Up or Cab-Chassis bodies, the Triton Club Cab is a GLX grade and is priced from $38,990.

With a four-person seating capacity, five-speed manual transmission, dual front airbags, available ASTC stability and traction control, plus a payload of 1192kgs (Cab-Chassis) or 1057kgs (Pick-Up), the Mitsubishi Triton Club Cab has all the specifications demanded by major fleet buyers like mining companies.

Triton Club Cab provides 131kW of power at 4,000rpm and peak torque of 400Nm from 2,000rpm. Combined cycle fuel economy is rated at 8.1l/100kms.

Triton Club Cab’s Pick-up tray is 1,805mm long and the total tray height is 460mm. Towing capacity is 2,700kgs.

“In the workhorse fleet market, a Club Cab diesel manual is the dominant vehicle, so the Triton Club cab will be a welcome addition to our range,” explained James Toll, Mitsubishi Australia commercial vehicle product manager.
