McLaren Vale in South Australia will be chockers of Mazda MX-5s this weekend as Australia’s MX-5 owners clubs celebrate 20 years of Mazda’s award-winning compact sports car.
More than 130 MX-5s (accompanied by their owners!) will converge on McLaren Vale and the scenic Fleurieu Peninsular for four days of events.
A Sunday morning hillclimb competition at Funkhana will be entertaining for spectators.
The MX-5 first broke cover at the 1989 Chicago Auto Show and more than 860,000 have been sold worldwide.
