British specialist Lotus Cars has unveiled the new Evora 400S – the fastest and most powerful Lotus road car to-date.
Despite is extra specification, the new Evora 400 is 22kgs lighter than its predecessor.
Power comes from a Toyota-sourced supercharged 3.5-litre V6 mid-mounted and delivering 300kW/400Nm.
Combine all that and we have zero to 100km/h takes 4.1seconds and a lap time around the Hethel, Norfolk test track six seconds faster than the previous model.
Lotus says sales will commence in August.
