Launch of the CT 200h hatchback and seen Lexus UK reduce its overall exhaust CO2 emissions by 22 per-cent - the biggest drop for any automotive company in Britain.
Now across its entire British model range, Lexus has average exhaust CO2 emissions of 130.62g/km.
The data was captured in an industry survey by ‘Cleangreencars’.
“Cleangreencars independent dark confirm that Lexus is delivering real-world results in bringing down emissions while maintaining the levels of luxury and refinement that are central to the brand,” explained Richard Balshaw from Lexus UK.
