Lexus too scored a world-first at the Australian International Motor Show with the global debut of the sporty version of its upcoming compact – the CT 200h F Sport.
The Lexus F range kicked-off in 2008 with the outstanding IS F and Lexus Australia says we can expect further F Sport models to join the IS 250 F Sport, IS 350 F Sport and CT 200h F Sport.
“Mirroring our commitment to expand hybrid availability, Lexus is working hard to offer a performance-orientated model across our entire vehicle range,” explained Lexus Australia boss Tony Cramb.
The CT 200 h F Sport scores the expected visual and performance enhancements – alloy wheels, sports suspension, front and rear styling changes plus a unique Flame Blue colour. Inside there’s F Sport trim (optional), steering wheel, sports pedals, scuff plates, instruments and privacy glass.
“There is a clear trend to small vehicles that do not compromise on features – in short, CT is a small car with all the luxury features of a large car,” explained Lexus Australia boss Tony Cramb. “CT 200h F Sport models will add even greater appeal to vehicle that – with its hybrid drivetrain and list of advanced features – is set to become Australia’s most advanced luxury hatch.
