When it comes to birthday celebrations, Jaguar’s 75th will take some beating – on top of the Jaguar XK limited edition models, now the glorious Jaguar XF sedan gets a 75th Anniversary Edition.

Only available with the V8 engine, the XF V8 75th Anniversary Edition is priced at $128,900 and gains 20-inch ‘Senta’ alloy wheels, exhaust tailpipe finishers, an upgraded audio system and the odd “75 Years” badge.

Jaguar’s 5.0-litre V8 delivers 283kW/515Nm and drives the rear wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission with sequential manual mode and JaguarDrive Control adjustable Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). It’s a high-performance sports sedan that challenges German rivals for the honour of being the best in the segment.

“We are very proud to continue the 75th anniversary celebration of Jaguar with the release of the XF V8 75th Anniversary Edition. Jaguar’s racing heart is reflected in a long history of powerful, dynamic and stylish vehicles. The XF V8 75th Anniversary Edition continues that tradition into the future with a true V8 driver’s car,” explained Jaguar Australia General Manager, Kevin Goult.
