2012 is shaping is a landmark year for Nissan’s luxury brand Infiniti. Leading the way for local fans is the re-launch of the brand in Australia, spearheaded by the stunning array of products seen in North America and Europe.
Now comes news that in March next year, at the Geneva Motor Show, Infiniti will unveil a new concept vehicle – an exotic, high performance electric sports car.
According to Infiniti, the all-electric sports car is a logical progression – the Infiniti range already includes hybrid and clean diesel models.
Naturally, being able to tap-in to parent company Nissan’s extensive electric powertrain development - as seen in the LEAF small car – will speed things up for Infiniti.
