Ford’s all-new Mondeo makes its Australian debut at the Australian International Motor Show (Sydney) this week.
The vehicle on display is the North American version which is called the Ford Fusion.
The new Mondeo is the latest model to adopt the ‘One Ford’ design DNA and will be built on Ford’s all-new CD-segment platform. Looks are certainly more contemporary with the all-new Mondeo punctuated by its low roofline which provides a coupe-like on-road stance. Headlights are full LEDs – a first in this segment.
European Mondeos run the Ford SYNC connectivity system and rear inflatable seatbelts – Ford Australia hasn’t yet confirmed local details.
