The good news is production of right-hand drive models has now kicked-off at Ford’s Flat Rock Assembly Plant in Michigan, North America.

Other right-hand-drive markets included in the 100 nations where the all-new Ford Mustang will be sold include the UK, South Africa, New Zealand, Japan, Cyprus, Malta and some Caribbean Islands.

Ford Mustang is now on-sale in North America and Europe – in fact with sales of 76,124 vehicles as at the end of June, Mustang is the world’s best-selling sports car.

Ford says Mustang sales at home in North America leapt by 70 per-cent in August – displacing the Chevrolet Camaro and the best-selling sports car Stateside.
