Following a build-up longer than the football finals series, the all-new Mazda3 was finally unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The launch was preceded by the arrival of eight Mazda3 hatchbacks which drove from Mazda’s plant in Hiroshima, Japan via Russia, Belarus, Poland and Germany.
The third Mazda model to incorporate the full suite of SKYACTIV technology, the all-new Mazda3 is larger than its predecessor and shows-off a ‘3’ version of the award-winning KODO design theme.
Inside, the all-new model runs an all-new interior which includes a head-up display.
Australian models will be powered by two direct-injection SKYACTIV-G petrol engines (2.0-litre and 2.5-litre) driving through six-speed manual and automatic transmissions.
