2016 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Top Marks

The 2016 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport has been awarded the maximum 5-stars from safety rating from ANCAP.

Across the range the 2016 Mistubishi Pajero sport receives Trailer Assist Stability Assist and Hill Start Assist. Active Stability and Traction Control are fitted along with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) and an Emergency Stop Signal (ESS).

The range topping 2016 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Exceed further raises the bar with the addition of Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Ultrasonic misacceleration Mitigation System (UMS) and a Multi around Monitor (MMS).

Mitsubishi Motors Australia CEO Mutsuhiro Oshikiri was delighted that the new Pajero Sport was awarded 5-stars.

“Pajero Sport is the most advanced fully-capable Mitsubishi 4x4 SUV to date, with a comprehensive list of safety features not typically found in this segment,” he said. “The Pajero Sport introduces a host new active safety features on the Exceed model include Blind Spot Warning, Ultrasonic misacceleration Mitigation System and a Multi around Monitor which will feature on a Mitsubishi model for the first time.”

“We’re pleased to confirm that all models in the all-new Pajero Sport range have been recognised with a maximum five-star ANCAP safety rating for their arrival in Mitsubishi showrooms this month.”

The new 2016 Pajero Sport hits dealer showrooms from the 7th of December 2015.
