BMW Australia has announced that the 2016 BMW M2 will be from $89,900 when arrives sometime in Autumn next year.
The BMW M2 will be available to two model grades the BMW M2 Pure and the BMW M2, with the latter priced from $98,900.
The base model BMW M2 Pure will be available with a 6-speed manual only and the M2 comes with a 7-speed M Double-Clutch transmission or an no cost optional 6-speed manual.
Powered by three litre, six-cylinder M TwinPower Turbo engine, the BMW M2 generates 272kW of power and 465Nm of torque.
Depending on transmission the 2016 BMW M2 0-100km/h sprint is completed in 4.3 seconds with 7-speed M Double-Clutch transmission or 4.5 seconds with six-speed manual.
