Subaru Australia has confirmed the good-looking, all-new, XV compact SUV will be launched in Australia in January.
The XV will be powered by Subaru's new 110Kw/196Nm, 2.0-litre, four-cylinder boxer engine with auto start-stop. The Euro5-compliant new engine is good for combined cycle fuel economy as low as 7.0l/100kms.
All Subaru XV models will feature new 17 inch alloy wheels and standard reversing cameras.
The model range comprises XV 2.0i, XV 2.Oi-L and XV 2.0i-S. ‘L’ model gains an electric sunroof, dual zone air and factory-fitted satellite navigation, while the ‘S’ goes further with leather trim, heated front seats, alloy pedals, silver roof rails, rear privacy glass and HID xenon headlights.
Final Australian specifications and pricing has not been determined.
