very happy with my RAV4V6 but not happy that Toyota has not done a recall on them to rectify the whine in the diff/gear box. Mine is being fixed under warranty. After insisting there is a problem Toyota has agreed to fix the car. If the car had ran out of warranty, then it would have cost me around $4500.00 for the repair. The parts have to come from Japan so it's any ones guess when they will be send ,given the issues there. The whine comes in between 50 to 80 kph.
