Volvo Launches New V60 Wagon

Volvo has launched the handsome, all-new V60 wagon with prices starting from $54,950.

Available in two front-wheel-drive and three all-wheel-drive models, including two sporty R-Design variants, the new Volvo V60 delivers contemporary European sports wagon style, a very slick chassis with Volvo’s FOUR-C active suspension and a flexible interior layout.

The engine lineup boasts two outstanding petrol powerplants and one diesel - Volvo’s 177kW/320Nm 2.0-litre, four-cylinder GTDi, the upgraded 224kW/440Nm, 3.0-litre, turbocharged six-cylinder and the 151kW/420Nm, 2.4-litre, five-cylinder, twin-turbo diesel.

Sporty R-Design variants (T5 and T6) gain interior and exterior enhancements plus sports suspension with a 15mm lower ride height.

On the options list are Volvo’s third-generation Adaptive Cruise Control (with Collision Warning, Full Auto Braking, Queue Assist and Pedestrian Detection) and lane Departure warning with Driver Alert.

Inside is the usual Volvo top-shelf list of equipment including multiple audio/multimedia choices and satellite navigation.

And of course the massive Volvo safety features abound including standard City Safety.
