Sporty R-Line versions of Volkswagen’s Tiguan compact SUV and Polo hatchback go on-sale in Europe late this year following their Frankfurt Motor Show debut.
The Polo R-Line is a first for Volkswagen’s compact and joins the Golf R and Scirocco R in Australia. Looks are impressive with 16-inch alloy wheels, a high-gloss back front grille, rear diffuser and bodykit.
Inside the Volkswagen Polo R-Line scores sports seats, aluminium pedals, the beautiful R-Line sports steering wheel, high-gloss black trim and alloy R-Line sill plates.
In Europe you can spec a sports suspension for the Volkswagen Polo R-Line which brings firmer springs and dampers and lowers the ride height by 15mm.
The Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line is similarly equipped but rides on 19-inch alloy wheels accompanied by black wheel arch flares and you can spec ‘Vienna’ leather for the interior.
