Most Golf models have been chopped by $1,000 - $1,200 with the entry-level 90TSI Trendline five-door manual now starting at $24,990.
The stylish Passat CC - a favorite with the Car Showroom team - has also been reduced by $1,000 with the diesel model now priced at $54,990 and the V6 petrol at $64,990.
