Extra specifications (including standard satellite navigation), more technology and revised prices (including the options) combine to make the updated BMW 3 Series range even more alluring.
The 3 Series updates follow the trend of changes for the 5 Series and 1 Series to make BMWs more affordable to more people.
“The 3 Series is lauded for its excellent driving dynamics and beautiful styling, and now it boasts increased specification and more attractive option pricing – who could ask for more,” enthused BMW Australia chief Phil Horton.
Among the changes, buyers of 328i (Sedan and Touring) and ActiveHybrid 3 can select the ‘Lines Package’ at no extra cost, 335i and ActiveHybrid 3 add roller sun-blinds for the rear windows and eight-speed automatics gain launch control.
Options like Active Cruise Control, the Head-Up Display and upgraded audios come down in price by over $300 and the ‘M Sport Package’ sees price cuts between $500 to $1,000 (depending on the model).

316i Sedan $52,300
318d Sedan $57,800
