Alfa Romeo’s stunning 4C concept sports car heads to the Frankfurt Motor Show in a new guise – this time painted in a ‘fluid metal’ colour.
Development of the mid-engined Alfa Romeo 4C has been continuing – tipping the scales at only 850kgs and employing a 150kW version of the 1750 turbocharged petrol engine, the 4C measures just 4.0-metres in length and delivers a wheelbase of just 2.4-metres.
The rear-drive sporty sounds dynamic – as you would expect from Alfa Romeo – and features much of the technology found in Alfa’s 8C Competizione – extensive use of alloy and carbon fibre.
The Italian brand will also use the Frankfurt Motor to debut its next generation ALFA TCT twin dry-clutch semi-automatic transmission – fitted to a Giulietta.
