Is an Iron Man movie tie-up too far fetched?
Toyota has gotten into the habit of having its teaser images focus on the tail lights. For their new fourth-generation Prius, Toyota had us dwell on exactly that design piece until we saw the rest of the car at launch.
And now it’s at it again, with those unique rear-facing lamps in our faces. Only this time, the teaser is accompanied with some bold claims for the forthcoming unveil: “Toyota is rolling out the next mechanical marvel in the Prius lineup,”
We’re not sure what that could pertain to, but judging by the picture the car that those lights are wrapped around does look shapelier than the current-generation prius, so it could be a new type or bodystyle addition to the Prius that’s on the cards for a debut.
Toyota also says that it will brings its latest Intelligent Eco-Tech to the New York Motor Show floor, and we’ll have to wait until the official unveil to know what ‘marvel’ they have up their sleeve.
