Toyota has launched a special edition of its top-selling RAV4 (four-cylinder models) with extra kit, but you’ll need to move fast because only 1500 are heading for Australia.
Based on the entry-level CV model grade, the Toyota RAV4 Altitude scores 17-inch alloy wheels (the regular RAV4 CV runs steel wheels), front fog lights, silver roof rails, privacy glass and a silver highlight trim for the front bumper.
You can choose from five exterior colours – White Pearl Crystal Shine, Silver Pearl, Graphite, Ebony and Wildfire. Metallic/pearl paints cost extra.
Inside there are up-spec versions of the steering wheel and gear lever and a six-CD audio system with LCD display plus USB/Blueooth connectivity and audio streaming.
The Toyota RAV4 Altitude is available in both two-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive versions, five-speed manual or four-speed automatic (auto models come with Downhill Assist Control).
