Australian F1 ace Daniel Ricciardo has gone to the top of the leader board on BBC Top Gear “Star In A Reasonably Priced Car” on Sunday with a scintillating lap of 1.42.2 – a full 0.7s faster than the 2014 F1 World Champion managed last year.
Proving that Red Bull can make you fly the young Australian drove the Suzuki Liana around the Top Gear Test Track in a stunning 1m42.1s, faster than any other F1 driver.
Let’s hope that this is a precursor to the year that is ahead for all of the Australian F1 fans. CarShowroom.com.au is hoping that Daniel Ricciardo can put in a big challenge for the 2015 Drivers Championship.
