Possibly moving fast to ensure the burgeoning Hyundai doesn’t steal the crown as Australia’s best-selling import brand, Mazda has rolled-out some significant price cuts across its popular models.

The Mazda3 goes down by $1,000 across the range – now starting at $21,990.

Same for the Mazda6 – a grand off across the range which now starts at $33,990.

The excellent Mazda2 small car swaps to ‘Driveaway’ prices, starting at $16,490.

“Mazda is the number one import brand in Australia with record sales this year. These new promotional price points in our 2010 Total Stock Clearance will ensure that we finish the year on a high,” explained Mazda CEO Doug Dickson.
