In North America, Porsche has unveiled GTS versions of the Boxster and Cayman.
Under the bonnet, both score extra performance over the current ‘S’ models with the 3.4-litre engine delivering 245kW in the Boxster GTS and 252kW in the Cayman GTS. Torque is up too with the Porsche Boxster GTS delivering 373Nm and the Cayman GTS good for 380Nm.
Also included in the GTS models is the ‘Sport Chrono’ package (in either six-speed manual or seven-speed PDK automatic).
Underneath, both the Porsche Boxster GTS and Porsche Cayman GTS gain as standard the Porsche Active Suspension Management system and the 20-inch wheels from the Carrera S.
On the styling front, look for unique front and rear fascias and blacked out Bi-Xenon headlights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System.
