Nissan has released this teaser image of a new sports sedan concept car set to debut in a couple of weeks at the North American International Auto Show (Detroit).
The newcomer will be joined in Detroit by the IDx Freeflow and IDx NISMO - concepts which bowed in Tokyo – giving Nissan a distinctly sporty flavour to kick-off 2014.
Not may facts have emerged about Nissan’s new sports sedan but its global debut in North America is significant.
Your Carshowroom.com.au correspondent is currently in Florida and we’ve noticed plenty of Nissan Altimas – the Japanese giant’s volume-selling sedan here – fitted with a handy sports kit with larger wheels, aero body and lowered suspension. The sporty Altima looks great we must say.
So is the Detroit debutant a pointer to an all-new model or a move in the high-performance direction for the Altima?
