Nissan Makes Pricing Easy - Online
Nissan has moved to clear-up confusion about the prices of its new vehicles sold around Australia with the launch of an online pricing calculator.
New Government regulations have made it more complex for manufacturers and importers to inform customers of pricing details with many statutory and registration charges varying from State to State.
The Nissan Pricing Calculator found on each product page on www.nissan.com.au makes it possible for customers to obtain an estimated 'driveaway' price for new Nissan vehicles that is relevant to the location in which they intend to purchase.
Nissan's online calculator works out an average estimate for each individual State or Territory based on:
- Recommended Retail Price (RRP) or Business price (for ABN holders) for its Navara and Patrol cab chassis and ute models
- Dealer Delivery charge
- Statutory Charges (business or provate registration) including Luxury Car Tax (LCT) and other stated variable charges
- Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance based on an average of high and low risk insurance areas and Private/Business rates for individual States and Territories
Easy to read, offering prices for individual model grades and even prices for standard, metallic or premium exterior paints, the Nissan Pricing Calculator is a handy tool for new Nissan customers.
"Nissan continues to be innovative when it cokes to customer relationships and this latest initiative creates another level of confidence," explained Nissan's Model Line Marketing Manager, Mr Andrew Holbrook.
