After more than two years of development, Holland’s Donkervoort has revealed its latest sports car – the GTO.
Dunkervoort Automomobielen is based in Lelystad and works closely with Audi – the GTO powered by a Audi’s turbocharged 2.5-litre TFSI, five-cylinder engine with up to 300kW/450Nm on tap. As the Dunkervoort GTO weighs-in at just 700kgs, performance is…err – lively!
The Dunkervoort GTO runs a tubular steel frame with carbon fibre panels.
On the pricing front, be thinking about $200,000 but sadly most of the limited production run of 25 vehicles has already been snapped-up by European enthusiasts.
