Renault’s Megane R.S. 265 – the hottest of the hot hatches – goes on-sale this month.
Renault has simplified the model lineup so we get two specification levels – R.S. 265 Cup at $43,990 and the Cup Premium at $47,990.
Renault Megane Cup Premium replaces the previous Trophy and Trophy+ models and, amongst its extras over the Cup model adds leather Recaro seats, 19-inch alloy wheels with Continental ContiSportContact tyres (18-inch Michelin Pilot Sport rubber on the Cup) and a rear-view camera.
The Cup version gains Renault’s R-Link entertainment and navigation system.
Also available is the R.S. Monitor with R.S Replay.
Styling changes see new headlights, F1-style aero blade on the front bumper and the new Renault grille and badge.
