Following the success of a similar park in Abu Dhabi, Ferrari has announced the construction of a new ‘Ferrari Land Prancing Horse’ theme park – this time in Spain.
A co-venture with PortAventura Entertainment SAU, the new park will be built inside the PortAventura resort, outside Barcelona and will include Europe’s highest add fastest vertical accelerator.
Covering 75,000 square metres, the latest Prancing Horse theme park breaks new ground with the inclusion of a 250-room five-star Ferrari-themed hotel with restaurants and a driving simulator.
The PortAventura area already attracts more than 4.0-million visitors each year and the €100 million Ferrari Land will open in late 2016.
