BMW Australia has confirmed prices for the glorious new 6 Series Coupe lineup.
The TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder 640i starts at $178,388 while the TwinPower Turbo V8 650i is stickered from $232,300.
With 235kW/450Nm, the BMW 640i covers zero to 100km/h in 5.4 seconds while the 650i unleashes 300kW/600Nm to sprint through 100km/h in just 4.9 seconds.
Featuring BMW EfficientDynamics technology, including brake energy regeneration and electric power steering, the BMW 640ireturns fuel consumption of 7.8l/100kms with the 650i slated at 10.6l/100kms.
Both version drive through BMW;s eight-speed automatic transmission with M Gearshift logic.
The new 6 Series is slightly larger than its predecessor but sits 5mm lower. However there is additional headroom and 460-litres of boot space.
As you would expect, the new BMW 6 Series comes bursting with BMW technology and luxury, including an optional Bang & Olufsen audio system
