Based on the GLX model Pajero, the ACTiV adds Mitsubishi’s Multi Communication System (MMCS) with voice-command satellite navigation, a reversing camera and Bluetooth connectivity plus side and curtain airbags and an optional differential lock.

Externally, the limited edition model garners colour-coded door handles and mirrors, roof rails, front fog lights, integrated side steps, front mud-guards, a rear spoiler and alloy nudge bar.

Power remains Mitsubishi’s 3.2-litre, 147kW/441Nm diesel or the 184kw/329Nm, 3.8-litre V6 petrol, driving through either a five-speed manual transmission (diesel) or five-speed electronic automatic.

Pajero is a multi award-winning full-size SUV so not suprisingly it comes fully loaded with the latest technology including Active Stability Control (ASC), Active Traction Control (ATC), Engine Brake Assist Control (EBAC), Super Select 4WD, Multi-mode Anti-lock brakes (ABS) and Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD).

“The Pajero ACTiV, with all the additional features unequivocally delivers a fantastic package in a premium vehicle,” explained Paul Unerkov, Mitsubishi Australia’s Vice President of Brand and Marketing
