MINI has signed a multi-year partnership with sports lifestyle brand Puma which will see joint development of clothing, shoes, luggage and other accessories.
First-up in the ‘MINI By Puma’ collection and due for launch in September will be a range of travel bags and wall in black or neon yellow with straps and handles inspired by MINI seatbelts. These will be followed by a range of lo-cut sneakers for both men and women with “cool Brittania” details and then a full fashion range from t-shirts to parkas.
The joint MINI-Puma gear promises to be sleek and stylish with high quality materials and clean lines.
“In Puma we have found an ideal partner that shares our enthusiasm for a sporty, urban look and lifestyle, has a worldwide presence and, like MINI, appeals to young open-minded target groups,” revealed Dr Thomas Goerdt, BMW Group’s Lifestyle Director.
