Mini will boost its three-door lineup with the debut of its most powerful model so far – the sporty John Cooper Works model.
With its 2.0-litre turbocharged engine delivering 170kW/320Nm and driving through either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed Steptronic automatic, the Mini John Cooper Works can cover zero to 100km/h in 6.3 seconds.
Underneath are Brembo brakes, and an Electronic Differential Lock with Dynamic Damper Control on the options list.
Styling shows sporty aerodynamic enhancements in the form of unique front and rear aprons and side skirts as well as unique 17-inch light alloy wheels. There’s also unique LED headlights and whote turn indicators.
Inside are John Cooper Works sports seats in Dinamica/fabric with integrated headrests, as wells as a sports steering wheel, stainless steel pedals and left footrest plus unique instruments.
Options include a head-up display, 18-inch alloy wheels and Chili Red paint for the roof and exterior mirrors.
