Kia Australia has introduced a new variant of their Sorento 7-seater SUV called the Si Limited that promises more relative to the Sorento Si upon which it’s based.
The newest addition to the Sorento line starts at $43,990 for the 3.3-litre naturally aspirated petrol V6 (199kW/318Nm) with front-wheel drive while the 2.2-litre CRDi turbodiesel (147kW/440Nm) with all-wheel drive lobs in for $47,490. Both engines are mated to a 6-speed automatic.
Over the entry-level Si, the Si Limited represents a $3,000 differential in price, however Kia counters this by saying that the new variant offers even better value as it has $3,000 worth of extra equipment at no extra cost.
The Sorento Si Limited comes with 18-inch machine finish alloy, leather appointed seats, a steering wheel with wood-look trim, and some badging emblazoning the word ‘Limited’. They’re available in Clear White by default but can be specified with Aurora Black metallic, Silky Silver metallic, and Snow White Pearl.
