Hyundai On Top in Australia Customer Satisfaction Survey

Hyundai has been ranked number one for customer satisfaction in an Australian independent market research survey.

Of the nine automotive brands surveyed, Hyundai was the only company to post five stars in the categories of ‘Overall’, ‘Value For Money’, ‘Point of Sale Service’, ‘After Sale Service’ and ‘Reliability’. The other automotive brands considered were Ford, Holden, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru and Toyota. 

The survey was conducted by Colmar Brunton on behalf of Canstar Blue and involved 2,500 respondents.
